WILBUR BROWER
Dr. Wilbur L. Brower is a celebrated author, retired educator, and publishing visionary who writes with purpose, power, and deep personal conviction. With a background that spans the U.S. Air Force, executive leadership at AT&T, and over three decades in education and consulting, Dr. Brower brings a wealth of lived experience to every page he pens.
He is the founder of PwP Publishing & Recording, LLC— which stands for Publishing with Purpose— a mission-driven company dedicated to producing books, music, and multimedia content that educate, uplift, and inspire. His growing catalog includes empowering novels, self-help guides, poetry, educational tools, and thought-provoking social commentary. Through his work, Dr. Brower speaks to readers of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life.
His writing has also appeared in publications like Harvard Business Review, Cultural Diversity at Work, and Vital Speeches of the Day, where his insights into equity, leadership, and transformation have reached national audiences.
Dr. Brower holds a B.S. in English Education, an MBA in Management, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human and Organizational Development. His mission continues to be one of inspiring others toward excellence, empowerment, and equity—whether through the classroom, the page, or the podium.
He is also the founder and president of the Institute for Youth Development & Educational Resources (IYDER), a nonprofit committed to addressing academic underachievement and providing life-changing training for students and educators alike. Through PwP Publishing, Dr. Brower aims to cultivate a space where creativity meets social responsibility—where the written word becomes a vehicle for learning, legacy, and lasting impact.
